Scary Movie 5 = Five scary movies too many...

Hello there Chums/Chumlets
I have been very busy with all this revision so I haven't had much me time at the mo. but here in this delightful hour before bed I some spare time before I really need to switch off...
So on saturday after I had had my Maths Tutor go over some silly mathematics me and my pals decided to go into manchester and watch a movie, like a small break from our revision.
We were going to see A place Beyond the Pines with the hot Ryan Gosling in it yet for some bizarre reason we ended up watching Scary Movie 5... And MAN wasn't that a waste of £4.80.
To prove it, it had Lindsay Lohan in it in which she preforms a sorta sex scene that was a bit of a bad joke.
Ashley Tisdale plays the lead showing that she really has got desperate since High School Musical.
Snoop Dog's a druggie (surprise surprise) and Usher had one line. And that is all I have to say about that movie except please, for the sake of your brain cells Don't go and see it.

In other news my Collage arranged for several of the universities to set up stalls and convince us to study with them and actually one of them convinced me. Manchester Met actually. I already knew from the So you want to be an Actor that it was one of the best uni's for Acting and since it's the localist one for me I guess I should try out for it next year, however they want about 2 B's and a C at A level so that might be a tough cookie, it also means that I should be revising, like now.
:( I don't wanna revise, it makes my brain go weird, and it makes me feel ill :( ...
Nigh Night dears

A slight dyslexia outburst...

Hey you cool people.
Really sorry for not writing any posts for a while, I've had a lot of catching up to do.
Just a quick update on me, although it is not really acting related I have been given permission to use a laptop in my exams! I might have forgotten to mention that I am dyslexic and in exams I struggle to finish due to the amount of reading which is involved so in getting a laptop at least I know that I write a hell of a lot faster so I will spend less time panicking about how much time I have got left and more on the initial questions.
I know that people think that dyslexia is a common problem theses days and that it isn't looked down upon in prejudice with people thinking that you're dumb but you would be surprised at how medieval some people still are about it. Especially teachers! For example in High school I was in an english class and our teacher Miss Nicholas (I can't be bothered making up a pretend name for her since I think she should be named and shamed for this.) was writing the notes down too fast for me to catch up with her, so I put my hand up and asked her to slow down since I was having trouble keeping up due to me being dyslexic - which incidentally she had already been informed of - and her reply; "And how is that my problem, you should hurry up" with a face that clearly showed that she thought that I was stupid... And it was in front of the entire class, making me feel highly humiliated and that I was just as silly as she thought I was.
To let you know that I did pass english with a C (language) and a B in lit. Not with the help of her though.
I had the same problem too in a science class in year 9 with a teacher calling me stupid and informing me that I really shouldn't take all three sciences next year as I wasn't up for it.
^ And to let you know on that score I did take all three sciences (just to annoy him) and ended up getting straight A's in all three! HA you dick, couldn't stop me!!!

Generally I did have a big problem with the teachers at my High School. (Marple Hall High School in Stockport if you're interested, don't go, it's a shit hole.)
Although a couple of the teachers didn't think that I was an idiot, Mrs Hind being the main one, the only one who made sure that I had all the notes at the end of the lesson.

In fact this has got me so wound up that I've just wrote a letter to my old school saying:

Hello old school,
It has taken me a while to have the courage to write this to say that now I am in collage and I am experiencing what real teaching is like then you to know that I spent the worse 5 years of my life with you and that I am going to be telling every young child's mother who I know not to send their kids to Marple Hall.
Not only did you not care about our well being except if our grades were good enough to not make the school look like shite but there was nothing really about the school that I remember that I have good memories about.
I also want to thank you on how little help you gave me after I told you I had learning difficulties and needed extra support but nothing was done. I know now that this was because it costs money to have these checks done when it could be spent on maintaining you're lovely website. This includes the fact that to my face I was called stupid and told I shouldn't take a certain subject because I wasn't up to that standard (Mr Howard if you want to know when I was in his year 9 class) Oh and he said that in front of the entire class ensuring that was totally embarrassed and felt wrong for not being able to think like the other kids. I would just like to inform you that I did go on to do separate science to annoy him and I got three A's, not with any of his help.
The only teacher's in your entirely worthless school who are worth some credit are Mr D and Miss Wilson for telling me that I was good at a something. Mr Wales since his classes were a lot of fun and Mrs Hind who I believe is the only teacher who generally wanted us to do well, when I told her I was being bullied helped me as much as possible and finally she would (to the annoyance of the class) make sure that I had all the notes finished before moving on to the next topic. She should go to a better school because she went beyond being a normal teacher. And I would like to thank her for doing what she did for me.
As for the rest of you I present my middle finger,
Yours not sincerely,
Terri Donovan.

Well at least now I've got out what I wanted to say to them.

Whatcha have to put into you Personal Statement...

Hi again dearys,
So as I said in the blog before that I was going to put up a post on the what you need to put into a P.S to get a place at Drama school, well here it is!
(This has been copied from the CUKAS website so if you want even more guidance into the Personal statement (greedy guts) then just google CUKAS and it should be the first thing that pops up :D.)
BTW I will probably be reposting this in june/september so don't worry if you can't be bothered writing it now I will remind you agin nearer the time...

What to include in your personal statement:

Most courses have an Entry Profile that you can view in Course Search - these explain what the conservatoire is looking for in their students and what qualifications or experience you'll need for the course. Check these because they'll give you some ideas about what to include in your statement
You do not have to use all the space provided. Consider carefully the information you give to support your application and the best way to present it effectively. Remember, you must be truthful and accurate in what you write. Make this a true match of you, your aspirations, personality, feelings about your chosen study area and experience. Showing understanding of today's competitive music or performing arts profession where versatility is required is helpful and indicates a suitable temperament. It is up to you how you write your statement, but we suggest you include some or all of the following points.
  • Your reasons for choosing the courses you have listed. Remember that each conservatoire will be able to see the other conservatoires and courses to which you have applied.
  • What interests you about your chosen study area (whether playing an instrument, acting, singing, conducting, stage design or another specialist area).
  • Your experience within your chosen specialist area and in any other activity related to the course(s) for which you have applied.
  • Membership of national and/or international orchestras, choirs or chamber groups, eg NYO, EUYO or National Youth Theatre.
  • Your career plans for when you complete your course.
  • Any job, work experience, placement or voluntary work you have done, particularly if it is relevant to the course for which you have applied. You may want to list the skills and experience you have gained from these activities. Try to link any experience to skills or qualities mentioned in the Entry Profiles.
  • Any involvement in widening participation schemes such as summer schools or mentoring activities.
  • Involvement in master classes or other Gifted and Talented programmes.
  • Details of non-accredited skills and achievement that you have gained through activities such as:
    • ASDAN (Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network awards), for example, Universities Award
    • Diploma of Achievement
    • Duke of Edinburgh Award
    • OCNW Level 3 Certificate in Personal Development for Progression (previously known as the Liverpool Enrichment Programme)
    • vfifty award
    • Millennium Volunteering Certificate of Volunteering Achievement
    • Young Enterprise.
  • Details of accreditation achieved for any activities in preparation for higher education, for example through the ASDAN Aimhigher Certificate of Personal Effectiveness (CoPE qualification).
  • Your future plans: if you know what you'd like to achieve after completing your course, explain how you want to use the knowledge and experience that you'll gain at the conservatoire.
  • Any subjects you are studying that do not have a formal assessment.
  • Any sponsorship or placements you have or for which you have applied.
  • If you are planning to take a year out, your reasons why.
  • Your social, sports or leisure interests and any other achievements that you are proud of. Think about how your interests and social activities demonstrate your skills and abilities. If there's anything that relates to your course or to the skills needed to complete the course, include it - the more evidence the better.
  • Any positions of responsibility that you hold/have held both in and out of school, eg form prefect or representative for a local charity.
  • Attributes that make you interesting, special or unique.
While you should not include details of your performance in individual units of qualifications (such as GCE AS and A level) in the education section, you may put this information in the personal statement.
If you are a mature student, you should give details of any relevant work and performance experience, paid or unpaid, and information about any current or previous employment.
If you want to send more information, perhaps a CV, send it direct to your chosen conservatoire(s) after we have sent you your Welcome letter and Personal ID. Do not send it to us.
If you are an international student, also try to answer these questions.
  • Why do you want to study in the UK?
  • How can you show that you can complete a higher education course that is taught in English? Please say if some of your studies have been taught or examined in English.
  • Have you taken part in any activities where you have used English outside of your studies?
Make sure that your personal statement is your own work
We will carry out checks to verify that your personal statement is your own work. If your personal statement appears to have been copied from another source, we will inform the conservatoires to which you have applied. They will then take the action they consider appropriate. We will also contact you by email to tell you that this has happened. Find out more...
Now kids go live your lives!!!
(^I don't know where that came from but OK)
Terri ;D xxx

The personal statement...

Why hello there!
As I know it's obvious from the title but I have decided to start writing my personal statement rather early, just to get a head start with it all.
Although the majority of Drama Schools do not need personal statements they do ask for information about your successes and plans for the future in their application forms so I think that in writing the personal statement (I'm going to refer to it as P.S from now on as I'm getting tired typing it out and my dyslexic is already going weird today as it is.) for the minority but then refer back for the rest to see what bits I can copy and paste in.
Talking about copying and pasting this is mine and although you can get ideas for this for your own if you are writing one but do not even think about using it as your own, as UCAS and CUKAS (the drama version of UCAS) will find out!!
Also I will copy and paste the guideline on how to write a P.S from the CUKAS website to give you an idea of how you need to set it out - but I'll also put it on the monologue page, just so you can refer back to it easier :D - but yeah this is mine at the present and comment below and tell me what you think about it, or email me if you have one and you want me to check it over, not for spelling mistakes; but more pointers of detail.
Right I'm going to stop talking now as I've said far to much already... Here it is:

P.S draft...
I don't think there are any words to explain the reason I want to act. I’m sure that if I were Shakespeare
would simply just make one up. Yet to me to sum up the tumble of emotions I feel when I walk onto a stage and become a new part of myself is almost impossible.
Although I have been attending drama workshops since the age of 5 I have only recently realised that acting is my true passion and I would truly love to do it day in and day out as a profession. Despite the fact that I have never done drama as an academic subject I have been doing LAMDA examinations in verse and prose since the age of seven and after receiving a ….... in my Gold exam I am now studying for my Diploma on how Temptation has shaped the theatre and literature. As acting has never been in my academic curriculum I have used my social life to try and expand my acting experiance for example I have set up a blog called “I wanna be an Actor.com” where I write about auditions which I have been doing, monologues that I have chosen and how I get into the character for the parts and also the experiences I am going through as I work to try and achieve my goals. Also I last summer I took part in a summer course “Acting with text” with the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland so as to get a feel with working with difficult text.
I also do several other subjects at A level, Maths,Textiles and Politics - I have a firm belief that to truly understand people you need a broad range of learning. - Also that each of these subjects are essential to the learning the craft of acting. For example Maths is full of puzzles and challenges that only time can conquer, while politics delves into why people vote and how the system works.
With the drama school “Stage Struck” I have done several plays and productions with them; the latest being Noel Coward’s Fumed Oak; I played Doris, the main female part, a cantankerous middle age woman who causes despair for the husband – I really relished being able to portray Doris as the nasty people are the most fun to play and as it being a black comedy, it challenged me to understand how the words could have subtle meaning in the context.
I like to think that I have tenacious approach when it comes to acting, for example a couple of years ago I entered the Hazel Grove Festival to perform a piece, due to the fact that it was my first time doing a festival I had not realised the preparation needed to strike a chord with the judges. As a consequence I came last. Not disheartened I worked harder on my drama and improved where fault could be seen, I went back the next year to not only to come first in my category yet also to succeed and attain the best overall performance prize. This readiness to “learn and improve” approach is spurred onwards by the fact that I am dyslexic and I struggle sometimes when first reading scripts to get the dialogue to come out correctly yet I will continue to hone and improve this as an acting student.
I would like to study acting at further education to gain the experience of the professionals, working up to productions with other students whom are just as passionate as me for the theatre, and I am greatly interested in learning different methods used by practitioners such as Stanislavski. I also see it as an opportunity to gain more confidence with my singing.
If I do succeed in becoming an actress then I would love to work in a Shakespearean actress as I love how his plays are both technically and beautifully crafted. My particular favorites being the Tempest and As you like it (The latter I had the great pleasure of seeing at the Royal Exchange a few years ago.) However if I am unlucky and don’t succeed I would love to either get into politics or business (I believe that the skills that I will learn at your school will be of great importance in both these carriers.)
I understand that getting into this industry is exceptionally difficult, and staying at the top of your game even harder. Yet to me, the stage is where I have felt most comfortable and most importantly, at home.

I know the last bit is cheesy but I like cheesy. Like Zac Efron in High School Musical, because he is HOT and cheesy, so it's fine.
Right bye now (i <3 u ;) .)

If you live in the UK and your 16/17 then...

Hi there thespians,
Ok so this has nothing to do with Acting sorta but if you are 16 or 17, live in the UK and have nothing to do over the summer then listen up.
Last year I took part in a scheeme called the Challenge, an organisation which is part of National Citizen Service, basically you spend 2 weeks doing activities, the first week on an adventure week challenging your fears such as heights, I went to scotland and walked up Ben Nevis as part of mine but it takes place all over the country. In the second week you spend a week on a uni campus and are taught a skill (mine was drama obvs) and do a presentation of what you have learnt at the end of it.
It is a brill experiance and you can get £15 off if you use this code: 154138 (I do also get a gift voucher in it but it means that you get a holiday for less than £50 :D )
This isn't an advert btw I'm just telling you that if you don't do this then you will regret it.
If you are interested then google "The Challenge" and you and book your adventure on the site (and don't forget to quote 154138 ;) )
Cheers me dears!
Terri ;D

P.S ohh I forgot to mention that it will look great on personal statements and C.V in the future and companies see it as a great thing to have. Plus you get a certificate at the end of it and alot more freinds. :D

New summer plans

Why hello there!
I'm very bored as I'm in a maths lesson doing some silly revising for an exam that we've got 2 months until.
Anyway I thought that I might update you on any acting updates. As I said in the last post that I might be applying for a summer school thing at the Royal Conservatior of Scotland. So I've sent the application off in the post and I think I've got a place!!!! IM SO EXCITED!!!
Basically the course is called Acting with text, it is for the 15-17 age group and runs from the 15-19 of july. And if you've got a spare £210 on you then you should apply!
I think that it's mostly going to consist of scottish high schoolers which might be fun. I'll pick up the accent and walk in the halls that James McAvoy once did! Plus the course sounds really good and it will look good on the personal statement when I get round to doing it.

Still got 18 mins until lunch/ hometime/ enquire about special need extra help thing/ textiles. And Im sooooooo bored...
Shit the teacher is coming over to check how much work we have done.
Goodbye world, hello maths
Terri ;D

Saturday 13 April 2013

This is a long one, so I will apologise now...

Hello boys and Ladies,
So as I explained on an earlier date that I was going to post monologues and the unknown more on the next page which is what I've done :D (Whoop Whoop!) I'm starting with one and I will put them all on the home page and the monologue page to make it easy to refer to if you want to check up on what is new.
So enjoy ;D...
Ooohhh hang on quick news update my very posh friend whom I met at the National Youth Theatre audition has informed me of a summer school course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland which I'm definitely applying for as a) It will give me something to look forward to over summer b) no audition process just first come first served c) It is one of the drama schools that I want to apply for so it will be a good (but expensive) chance to check it out.
+ My posh friend is also doing it so it will be an excellent bonding experience.

Now just read the blooming monologue you! :P

Map of the Heart by William Nicholson

Basic synopsis: Dr Mary Hanlon is giving a talk to a hall of doctors. Dr Albie Steadmen is full of enthusiasm to accompany her to Sudan for charitable work, the two become lovers. Albie is captured and taken hostage, leaving his lover and wife to explore their feelings about him.
Mary is an intense woman in early thirties. She speaks with conviction and enthusiasm when presenting this speech.

Mary - This is not an appeal for money. It's an appeal for lives. I'm not here to ask you for charity, or to make you feel guilty. I'm here to ask you one simple question: are you leading the life you want to lead? If your answer is yes, then what I have to say won't be of any interest to you. You might as well leave now. I won't mind. (Pausing to see if anyone leaves.) No one ever does leave. I used to think that meant that everyone was eager to change their lives, but once,  after I gave a talk in Hammersmith, a junior registrar came up to me and thanked me warmly, and when I said "Will you be joining us in the camps?" he said no, he just felt so much better knowing there was somewhere worse than Charing Cross Hospital. I work in a field hospital in a large refugee camp near a town called Juba, in the south of Sudan. The population of the camp is divided crudely into three. One third is dying of starvation. Another third is seriously malnourished and dying of infectious diseases: dysentary, cholera, typhoid. The final third is reasonably healthy, and killing each other in a civil war. So you won't be surprised to hear that the question I'm most often asked is, why bother? You read the papers. This year the drought is the worst ever, the disaster the largest ever. Ten million facing starvation; fifteen million. It's true, and at the same time, it's too much. The sheer scale of the tragedy makes people block their ears and shut their eyes. What can I say? That I'm bringing the suffering to an end? I wish I was. That I'm saving people's lives? A few, perhaps, but what for? For the war? For the famine? The truth is I haven't got an answer. It's just become my work. It's what I do. But let me ask you the same question about your life? Wh do you bother? Are you leading the life you want to lead? When it's all over, will you look back and say, that wasn't what I wanted to do at all?... That's not how it is for me. For five years now I've known the greatest freedom life has to offer. If I die tomorrow, I'll be able to say, I lived the life I wanted to live. Will you?

My notes - This piece is one of the possibilities for my Diploma, for which I have a theme Temptation for (I know that this does not fit in with the normal view on temptation but...) since this piece reflects the desire in humans to do something good, that there is a want for being the "good guy" that I personally feel a strong attachment to. Although it is a monologue for a woman it can so easily be adapted for a man (depending on where it is being used.)
If you do want to preform this for something then I strongly recommend that you read the play and research the role of a field doctor, the red cross would be a good place to start, this is to really get a sense of the dangers there medics are putting themselves into to help others.

Hope you enjoyed it,
Terri ;D

Sudden idea just popped into my head

Hi there, just a quick one now,
Just had an idea that I can add a new page of monologues that I'm studying at the mo plus previous ones in case one of them catches your eye and you might like to try one out for something.
Will have to do it at the weekend though as I'm seriously tired and need to be up at the crack of dawn for assembly (kill me now...)
Send a comment to me if you have any good monologues btw that you think that I should add, like a really random one or just anything really...
Right goodnight England
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Starting the Diploma

Hi there dears :D
Since I've got a late start at collage and I got woke up by my lovely cats as they were bored I thought that this would be an ideal time to fill you on what is happening in my life. Because I've done all my Grades at LAMDA now my drama teacher has suggested that I do my diploma, which basically would be another A level. Apparently it consists of 3 sections, all which you must pass to get the diploma, Firstly you have got to learn three/four pieces based round a theme, one has to be a poem, the second an extract from a book and the third from a play plus one more of any. Because I already had a piece that I wanted to do then I looked at the themes in that and chose temptation, then I must write a 5000 word essay on my theme and how I prepared for my pieces I.e. the social background, how the piece challenged me and what I had to do to concur those difficulties e.c.t. And finally I have to do a theory test on 3 writers from a certain century...
I do realise that I've made it sound really dull but hopefully I will be able to get it all done within a year before I set off into the world  (and hopefully get into Drama school.)
Ohhh and I've already got two pieces to look at, one is playing a serpent in back to methuselah by G.B shaw ( which is what I did for my National youth theatre audition) and the other is called Map of the Heart by a guy called William Nicholson. I could do both and pick a poem and a prose extract but let's see shall we :D
Wish I could sit in bed all day and do this but I got to shower as I stink plus I need to do some smelly homework before collage.
Well then, gunt bye
Terri ;D x

A gutting moment in the life of Terri

Hello...
So I know that I would inform you when some results came through and some have. And I haven't got in to the National Youth Theatre this year :'( ...
I feel a bit gutted.
Because I know that I really tried my best...
I think I'm going to have to buy some Ben and Jezza (Chocolate Brownie as I hate cookies)
^And do not exclaim in disgust because I hate cookies, they are wrong on sooo many levels (i.e. they are wanna be biscuits.)
Like I am a wanna be actress... D':
And I'm in the house on my own, consuming glace cherries which have like 50g of suger in each cherry.
So I am fat and a wanna be Actress... D':

RIGHT TERRI!!!! (slaps self in face) Pull your bleeding self together. If you want to be a bloody actress then you need to face rejection an awful lot so get some balls you stupid girl!!!!!!!
And remember to breathe, that is good thing to do plonker.

I'm going to go to Costa now and get a nice big hot drink with a home design magazine (I do love interior design. If I don't make it as a Actress I'm going to be a interior designer, or a politician, or a book reader - thats someone who just reads books and gets paid to do it, which incidently is what I wanted to be when I was little.)
Right Cherrio then, I'm popping off now to drown my sorrows.
Terri ;D

Sunday 7 April 2013

Post title... (I don't know what to call this one so I'll just leave it as this then.)

Well hello there!
Since this is the last day of the easter holiday's I'm not going to be able to put alot of posts up for the next two months due to some stupid things called exams :'( but I will inform you guys about the LAMDA/National Youth Theatre results when I recive them and any other things that I find out such as open days to the Drama School that I want to go to (though it will probbably be wise of me to actually find out which ones I want to try for first).
BTW if anyone whos going to collage next year and is considering taking futher maths then DON'T DO IT!!! The subject sucks the life out of you, especially the D1 module...
Well see you soon then (ish)...
Terri ;D

P.S Do you know what? I absolutley hate it when people say see you soon, particually if it is a reaaally hot guy saying it as when is soon??? Tommorow? Next week? A gazzilion years time???
Oh dear I'm so confused.
Right bye (and I mean bye this time round, I won't start yonking on with another P.S..)

P.P.S Wasn't Doctor Who so good last night!!!
OK I am going now. Deffinatley.
Geronimo!

Saturday 6 April 2013

So You want to go to Drama School? Reveiw

Weekend Wooohh ( meaning Doctor Who!!!)
Hope everyone in England is enjoying the cold sunny weather we've been having recently. Its like a heatwave for us in Manchester!
Anyway I have finnaly managed to read the book on Drama schools, it is a good book but the style of the book is very different to the last one.
Basically the main aim of the book was to act as assistance when you were preparing for the audition stage for Drama school, how you should choose which ones to want to apply for (there are hundreds to choose from so pick carefully guys) and the peices which you should look at. It also sets out how you should look at a shakespeare peice, translating it into "moden language" - Personally this rather insulted me as Shakespeare's language is a flow of emotion not a simple convosation. - and talks through the way you should become the character.
The book also helps out if your applying for a musical theatre course, although a lot of this didn't apply to me yet I know that at the majority of Drama Schools they have a part of the audition where you have to sing so the section with choosing a song was very informative (since I know nothing about singing as I've never had tuition).
Overall it's a very informative book yet the way it is written is like a primary school teacher trying to get the kids to understand numbers i.e quite demeaning in style, but I still recomend So you want to be an actor? And I will put snipits of the book onto here at a later date.
Meanwhile back to the revision
Adios amigos, Terri ;D

P.S. The exam went quite well considering all the panic I was in before hand, the peices went well and I knew quite a bit of theory so fingers crossed that I passed :D

P.P.S. The National Youth theatre results are out this week!!!
I don't think that I've got in as only 1/10 do and I really don't think that I sold myself well enough (not in a prozzie way :P ). But it would be nice if I did so cross more of thoes fingers for me.
Now cherrio.

P.P.P.S. Doctor who's on tonight!!!!! :D :D ...
Ok I'll go now.
BYEEEE ;D

Thursday 4 April 2013

The Exam

1:40 pm- Ok so Im sat in Pizza hut, waiting for some food.
I know that Im in Manchester a bit early (I've got more than a hour and a half to spare) but I need to pre...
Ohhhh food...
Oh sorry, where was I? Oh yes I need to prepare mentally and staying at home while my cats are running about isnt the best place to revise my notes.
I dont know if anyone reading this has taken a LAMDA exam but they are scary, not hard, scary.
Actually it depends on the examiner. For example for my Bronze Medal the woman was the evilest person I have ever met, no joke! She propper stared me down while I was preforming my peices and then interregated me on every bit of theory possible. I was in tears by the end if it.
However I did have a lovely woman last year who was encouraging instead of looking for fault (and she gave me a distinction sooo :D )
Hopefully it will be the same this time round....

Preparing for the LAMDA exam

Oooooohhhhhhh GOd I'm nervous!
So I've got my Grade 8 drama exam in verse and prose tommorow, I've discussed it before on what peices I'm doing (Sonnet 130-Shakespeare, Magaretiae Sorori- Henley and The kite runner- Hosseni.)
I know that there isn't alot to learn but the Theory is FREAKING ridiculous!
And they really judge you on the clothes that your wearing - which I personally think is really silly as your clothes are not going to affect your proformace but thats LAMDA for you - So I'm panicking about what I'm going to wear and if I should wear the Docs (I do love my docs).
And Im sooooooooooooooooooooooo behind on my collage work as I've been throwing up every hour so haven't been able to sit down and just get on with it. Which is what I should be doing now.... OH NO!
Right (slaps self in face) I am going to do this... Right?
Good bye world, hello revision :'(

Silver Linings Playbook

Hey hey hey.
So since I'm still ill with this weird stomach bug I'm having to stay at home for a while to prevent spreading. (Woohh) So I decided to rent Silver Linings from iTunes as I nothing better to do.
AND OMG I can see why She got an Oscar for that performance! That was incredible, especially because I believe that was an accurate view on Mental Health Problems. And I know a lot of people who have suffered with mental health issues who are very close to me so the plot really touched my heart deeply.
Soooo should have seen this one in the cinema :(
Oh god got to go to the sick bucket now...
Cherrio,
Terri ;D x
